"What kind of Cuban name is Troy?" people first ask as they step into a corner in Clermont called Troy's Cuban Deli. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, inspired by our Cuban family, and influenced by a passion for fresh, flavorful food, we opened in July hoping to bring a piece of our Cuban Kitchen.
